Daniel supervises development plan for $8.8 million C. FLOYD DANIEL, BA, completed his first year as Vice-President for Development. Daniel joined Harding's staff in 1965 as a newcomer to college development programs. Having planned and completed the most successful fund-raising effort in Harding's history, Daniel opened Phase 1II, a fund drive with an $8.8 million goal. Chairman of the board of directors for Camp Wyldewood, Daniel used his job as a means of expressing his deep concern for young people. 1.
