Dr. Pryor receives NCCPA honors as yearbook advisor JOSEPH E. PRYOR. PhD.• who has served as Dean of the College for 13 years. received the appointment as Vice- President for Academic Affairs. During the Fiftieth Anniversary Year. he was a member of the Steering committee and chairman of the Founder's Day Activities. Dr. Pryor received the Distinguished Yearbook Advisors Award for 1973 for the four-year college division of the NaEonal Council of College Publications Advisors. and was appointed Chairman of the Midwest District of the NCCPA for the term of 1973-75. As National SecretaryTreasurer for Alpha Chi. he installed new chapters at colleges in Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri. Dr. Pryor sponsored the Arkansas Eta Chapter of Alpha Chi and TNT social club. He also served as an elder of the College Church of Christ and as chairman of the Worship Committee. 1.
