AMERICAN STUDIES American Studies speaker lectures on America's radicals Renowned speakers from across the nation were brought to Harding this year through the American Studies program. One such speaker was Dr. Walter Judd , well-known for his lectures and writings on the radical left movement in this country. A fall trip was arranged to visit various sites in New Orleans . The group stopped at Vicksburg, Miss., then w~nt on to the city to tour the TimesPicayune , the Port of New Orleans, Mayor Landrieu 's office, D. H.
