Alpha Chi Installed in 1957, the Arkansas Eta chapter of Alpha Chi strove to attain high levels of scholarship, leadership, and knowledge . Membership was determined by a gradepoint of at least 3.70 on 80 to 103 hours, or 3.50 on 104 or more hours. This year's chapter at Harding inducted 26 new members in the fall and 25 in the spring for a total of 70 members. In addition to serving as sponsor of the Harding chapter of Alpha Chi, Dr. Joseph Pryor served as SecretaryTreasurer of the National Council of Alpha Chi. This year's officers of the Harding chapter include President, Tom Estes; Vice-President , Ron Stough; Secretary, McKay Shields; and Treasurer, Carisse Mickey.
