SUB-DEB New beaux selected by Sub-Debs; five pledges initiated Steve Davis and Stephen Kellar were chosen to be the Sub-Deb's beaux for the 1971-72 school year. They came to all of the major functions held by the club and acted as coaches for the club's intramural team. Five new members were added to the club at the beginning of the year. Pledge week activities included the traditional smile-burying and collecting boys' names . The week ended with a formal initiation at the home of Andee Lawyer. There each of the members drew a name to find out who her Peanut, or secret pal , would be. The Sub·Debs held a Christmas party at the home of Martha Hart. Gifts were exchanged between Peanuts and the girl s presented the beaux with engraved cuff links. The Sub·Debs and their dates also enjoyed a banquet held in January at Bill's Restaurant.
