SPECIAL INTERESTS Display of foreign cultures captures chapel audiences Originating in the 1968 school year, the Tnternational Club continued its interest in the world's foreign cultures. It offered membership primarily to foreign students, but also remained open to any person interested in world relations. The club's traditional ban. que~ made up of cuisine prepared by each member according to his country's own style, gave the students oppor. tunity to wear their native attire. The club also gave an effective chapel pro. gram early in the year. In the fali, members of Young Dem. ocrats attended a national convention in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
