BASKETBALL Determination, hustle bring successful season After losing 10 of their first 14 games. the Harding Wildcats finished strong and posted a 12-12 record. Off to a slow start, it wasn't until the middle of the season that the Wildcats became a formidable opponent. The Wildcats were plagued by a lack of height and as a result, they were forced to out-hustle their opponents. The Wildcats made it to the finals of the County Tournament before being defeated. Tim Ramsey and Jim White were named to the All -County team. Three seniors played their last game for the Wildcats. They were Tim Ramsey, Gary Beck, and Stephen Tucker.
