SERVICE CLUBS Big Sisters offer assistance to new girls After corresponding with the new incoming girls throughout the summer about their future home, the Big Sisters arrived on campus early to welcome and assist their newly adopted "little sisters." They welcomed them with a note, a smile, and a place of refuge in time of frustration. The group presented a skit at the beginning of the year for the benefit of the new girls and sponsored parties throughout the year. Meeting each Thursday evening, the Dactylology Club increased their new members' proficiency in sign language from a simple alphabet to a basic vocabulary.
