STUDENT PUBLICATIONS Bison announces new policy with four-man editorial board Beginning the year optimistically, Bison Editor David Crouch sought to produce the best newspaper in recent hi story. Various modifications characterized the '69- 70 Bison. At th e beginning 01 the year immediate plans were constructed to in - crease the in -depth news coverage of campus life. Departing from the tradition of previous years, editorials were written by an editorial board consisting of the ed itor, two associate editors and the assis tant editor. For the first time in several years, the Bison also h ad a female Business Manager. This year's staff was one of the largest in Bison history. In addition to being large, it was also experienced with many staff members having had previous collegiate journalistic training. The staff also brought knowledge from other areas of campus life with representation in the Student Association, American Studies program and various music groups a long with participation in intercol - legiate and intramural sports.
