Dr. Evan Ulrey, Cha irman of the Department of speech, served as sponsor . Iota Beta Sigma, nationa l honorary intercollegiate broadcasting fraternity, was installed by sta ff members of KIlCA, campus radio station. In opera - tion for a second yea r, service was improved by chanRing the format and enlarg ing the r ecord library. A staff of 28 students manned the sta tion under the direction of student manager Art Hudkins and faculty advisor Robert Eubanks.
