Holl is. • of clubs • • mission The hope for tomorrow 's Christianity throughout the world is ba sed upon th e efforts of today's generation in eva ngeliz ing the world. Furthering the cause of Chri st has been an united goal of a ll th e miss ion groups. Preparation for th e mission field is emphasized through the study of cus toms, languages and basic problems concerning certain areas. Giving encouragement to miss ionaries already es tabli shed on th e fi eld is a part of the program undertaken by the clubs. This is done through correspondence and through financial con tributions to missionari~s in the field. Campaigns_ such as are planned for Puerto Ri co and Austra lia_ are also emphasized. Attractive di spl ays were set up during Lectureship wee k to arouse interest in miss ion efforts. Bulletin boards on campus are a further aid in educating the publi c concerning mi ssions areas. methods and needs. The clubs also sponsored speeches by visiting Christian educa tors.
