LAMBDA SIGMA . Pledges binds' receive 'the at informal tie that initiation Twenty-eigh t Lambda Sigmas celebrated their return to school with an early fall stag outing, elected lIelen Green club queen , and construed appropriate activities for the fourteen pledges. The prospective members received the " tie that binds" at th e informal initiation at the lower dam on the Little Red River. The pledges became official members at a formal ceremony in the College Church Building. The Civil War theme of the Jan. 17 third function was in keeping will1 the current revival of interest in the North-South confli ct. Other activities included participation in all club sports, a March 4 banquet at tlle Rendezvous, late spring chapel program, and the traditional .alI-do,v outing.
