Successful First Year By Work, Determination This year marked the birth of the Theta Psi social club. With much determination and hard work the charter members had a successful pledge week and inspirational initiation. The new members rolled up their sleeves and pitched in to help make a success of the club's first banquet, held at the Mayfair Hotel. Sea shells and fish in a fish net hanging from the ceiling created an atmosphere of underwater fantasy . "Little Italy" set the theme of the third function, held in the Emerald Room.
