Jim Atteberry, Sponsor 90 ~unior year, as al ays produced many ,activities for the class of '57, and this year an energetic group took the yvork in fine st le. Soon after the election of officers and the appointment of committee planning began for parties., projects, and the traditional Junior-Senior Banquet. The big joy was counted as a pleasure when the class played host to the seniors at the annual affair held at the Rendezvous on April 14. Other social activities of the year included a "Club '57" party in the Emerald Room at hich the usual pranks, laughter, and good food pre ailed. In the spring a troop traveled to W ldewood for an afternoon filled with hiking and eating. The class motto "The Junior Class, Hardin , the Community," was considered and worked toward during every class activity. Enthusiasm prevailed when the juniors got busy one Monday, designated as "Junior Day," and accomplished such tasks as repainting the lines on the tem1is courts, building a barbecue pit at the college park, and giving assistance at the infirmary.
