ROW TWO: Stan Schwartz. Charles Weeks, Edsel Hughes, Charles Thacker, Glen Moore. Basketball Is Stil As usual basketball was the top intramural sport on th e Harding campus. More fellows were on the hardwood for play than went onto the football field or the ba seball diamond. It was a wonderful season with two fine teams emerging as champions of their respective leagues. The Mules, Atlantic Coast Conference champs, trounced the Huskies, champs of tlle Pacific Coast Conference, for the school championsh ip . The class tournament always offers an extra spark of excitement. This was certa inly true of the Atlantic Coast Champions, The Mules - ROW ONE: Clarence DePew, James Phillips.
