These Clubs Offer Oppor~uni~ies For Service Every school needs a service organization and Harding Academy has an excellent one in the KEY CLUB. Affiliated with the Kiwanis, the Key Club is in its fifth year of efficient service to the Academy. Providing coat hangers for the racks, keeping the lockers clean, selling tickets to certain school functions, and selling concessions at home games are a few of this year's activities. The annual "Athletic Banquet" in honor of the athletes, coaches and cheerleaders, is also given by this organization. Presenting student interests to the administration is one purpose of the CITIZENSHIP CLUB. Prior to this year the club had only five members; it now has ten - two each from the freshman, sophomores and junior classes, and four from the senior class. Once elected to the club a student remains a member as long as long as he is enrolled in the Academy. The club welcomes suggestions from all students concerning the school.
