1955-1956 Yearbook

The Juniors Were Good, Too The Junior "Wildkittens" who were very small in size but very big in spirit won eight games and lost six. Under their able coach , Stan Schwartz, the Juniors enjoyed a good season on the hardwood. Add a few years and a few pounds to these young fellows and they will make Harding Academy a fine Senior team. Like the Senior team the "Kittens" were unsuccessful in tournament play. After winning one game in the county tournament, the Juniors lost to a good Bradford team. The district tournament brought a defea t by Desha . Characteristic of the team was a spirit of good sportsmanship. 1955 - 56 Season Record Harding 33 ............... .... .. Harding 32 Harding 38 .. ·Harding 37 -Harding 29 .............. .. ... .
