Who's Who I-Ionors-Recognition Of Achievement Twelve seniors and one junior were selected for one of the most highly prized awards given college students - that of receiving a place in the annual publication, Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. These thirteen were selected by the fac ulty from a list submitted by the Student Council. Scholastic achievement, leadership, character and extracurricular activity participation served as the basis for selection. MARGARET BUCHANAN, her quiet but sparkling manner made each meal in the cafeteria a little more pleasant for every student she served. GEORGE KIEFFER, seen in many phases of campus life, from shaving cream fights to extensive club work, he still found time to become engaged. JANE CLAXTON, a "go-getter" of the first order; her achievements as a campus leader speak well for her Christian character. JOE LEWIS, his outstanding musical ability made him a valuable asset to the Harding Music Department and other campus activities. ,-----""1
