To attain membership, a student must not only be genuinely good in amateur play work, he must be willing and proficient in every form of backstage work . Also he must have played a certain number of major roles, be at least a sophomore, and a campus player for three terms . A committee of three including the faculty advisor, Mrs . O. M. Coleman, and two members of the cast decides ta whom the honor of membership shall be given .
