Ladies, This is a section of what has been decided on for partially active requirements. If anyone has any questions please talk with Corrie Albright or Amy Lucas or one of our sponsors and we will try to answer them. As you can see, we have added 51 h year [or higher) seniors. We hope that this can help those of you that wish to be active, but do not have as much free time. I would also like to urge everyone to attend the meeting Monday night. Corrie and I have been working on the constitution, trying to clean it up and really need your ,input and votes. Yes, it may seem long, but it will be informative and may even shock you. Love you all! Section C- Partially Active Members ./f'7?u C-vta ai!r y L! 1. Must be a senior graduating in the school or calendar year coinciding with her partial activity, a graduate student, a 5111 year or higher student (senior classification), ?r a mother in order t~ be eligible. .: ,') 2. Must have been active at least four prev1ous semesters, except for students w.r:. children. Special consideration will be given to transfer students as deemed necessary by the President and Sponsors. 3. Must pay dues equal to half the amount for fully active members. 4. Attendance ---Fai~Semester a. A partially active member must attend half of the regular club meetings for the semester. Failure to do so will result in a $5.00 fine. b. Must attend Open House, one reception, Thursday and Friday night activities, and two activities during Induction Week. c. If wishing to vote on prospective members, a partially active member must follow the attendance requirements for a fully active member. d. TBA 5. Attendance-SpringSemester a. A partially active member must attend half of the regular club meetings for the semester. Failure to do so will result in a $5.00 fine . A second unexcused absence will result in removal from active list w/o a refund of dues. 6. A partially active member may attend any or all functions. If money from the treasury is not covering the cost of the function, then the member pays the same cost per couple as a fully active member. If money from treasury helps pay for the function, then the partially active member would pay the same as the full member plus 15% of what the treasury pays. 7. A partially active member may participate in one sport and may participate in additional sports for a fee of ii.OO which will be allotted toward the athletic fund. 8. A partially active member may vote for sponsors, beaux, and officers. (Article VIII) 9. A partially active member is not eligible to hold office for the next semester.
