Speaking to a group of executives from across the state and surrounding states, business lecturer· Frank Goble used an informal lecture method that permitted the attendants to question him freely. The audience was encouraged to ask the lecturer about specific problem areas in their own companies during the question-and-answer period and between lectures. To enable the executives to "brainstorm" effectively about problems and possible solutions, Mr. Goble divided them into small groups and later requested each group leader to give an account of their discussions. /
